These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between members and Mustard Seed Diaspora Community LLC ("MUSEDCOM") outlines the investments in the company, outlines the rights, responsibilities, and rules associated with membership and financial transactions as well as the welfare of the members. By signing up to be a member of MUSEDCOM LLC you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility:

  • To become a member of MUSEDCOM, individuals must meet the eligibility criteria established by the organization.
  • Members must maintain active membership status by adhering to the organization's rules and regulations.

2. Share units and memberships:

  • Membership to MUSEDCOM company is by payment of a registration fee of $300 plus any gateway charges through our web-based App.

3. Credit Services:

  • MUSEDCOM may offer short term credit services to eligible members based on their creditworthiness and the organization's lending policies when loan facility becomes available.
  • Members who receive such loans are responsible for repaying them according to the agreed-upon terms usually short term.

4. Shares Investment:

  • Members are required to invest 10 shares of $100 per share unit within 90 days or as per board approval. The total minimum contribution towards the investment is $1,000, in multiple payments of $100 per share unit.

5. Fees and Charges:

  • Members are responsible for any applicable fees and charges associated with their accounts and transactions. These fees will be communicated to members.
  • MUSEDCOM reserves the right to modify fees and charges without notice as situations may demand.

6. Membership Dues:

  • Members are required to pay annual membership dues as determined by MUSEDCOM.
  • Failure to pay membership dues may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

7. Confidentiality:

  • MUSEDCOM will maintain the confidentiality of member information and transactions, except as required by law or with the member's consent.

8. Termination of Membership:

  • MUSEDCOM may terminate a member's membership for reasons outlined in the organization's bylaws and policies.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • Members and MUSEDCOM agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation, as outlined in the organization's dispute resolution process.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and the relationship between members and MUSEDCOM are governed by the laws of the United States.

11. Amendments:

MUSEDCOM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as situations may demand, and members will be notified of any changes.

12. Notice:

Members will receive important notices and updates from MUSEDCOM through their registered contact information.

13. Termination:

Members may voluntarily terminate their membership with MUSEDCOM by following the organization's established procedures.

14. Non-Discrimination:

MUSEDCOM does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, or any other protected characteristic in its membership and lending practices.

15. Code of Conduct:

Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes ethical financial behavior and respect for other members and the organization.
